Feel more confident about what to eat, one meal at a time.

Hi, I'm Kathryn

I'm a qualified Nutritional Therapist, a mum of four, and someone who understands how busy life can be. I know that wanting to eat well and actually making it happen can be two very different things.
Over the years, I've learnt that nutrition doesn't have to be about perfection. It's about noticing where you are, making small additions that support your body, and building habits that work in real life.
Nutrition Foundations brings together the approach I use with my own family and the knowledge I've gained through years of study and working with clients. My hope is that you'll finish this course feeling more confident about your food choices and equipped with practical tools you can return to again and again.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to follow a meal plan?
No. Nutrition Foundations isn't a meal plan. It's designed to help you understand how to build nourishing meals that fit your own tastes, family and lifestyle.
Do I need to cook separate meals for my family?
Not at all. The ideas throughout the course can be applied to the meals you're already making, often with simple additions rather than starting from scratch.
Is this suitable if I'm vegetarian?
Yes. The principles apply whether you eat meat, fish or plant-based foods, with examples to help you adapt them to your own preferences.
How long will the course take?
The course includes five short modules and downloadable worksheets. You can work through them at your own pace and revisit them whenever you need a reminder.
Will I have lifetime access?
Yes. Once you've joined, you can return to the course whenever you like.
What if I don't get everything right?
Every nourishing meal is another opportunity to support yourself. Nutrition Foundations helps you notice where you are now, add one small step, repeat what works for you and gradually build confidence around food.
You don't need to change everthing overnight, just. . .

And before long, you'll have created a way of eating that supports your health for years to come.
